So simple and yet so incredibly delicious: Shortbread isn't among the particularly sophisticated items on the biscuit list - but only as far as the recipe is concerned. Because the flavour and above all, the delicate melting consistency, make shortbread biscuits the finest biscuits of all. But to make it really successful and above all to make it taste so delicious, it all depends on the ingredients. That is why we at Lebkuchen-Schmidt use only the best butter and finest cocoa for our cocoa shortbread. And the whole-milk chocolate in which we dip our biscuits after baking is, of course, also of the highest quality - just as you are used to from us. This is also shown by the award of the DLG, the German Agricultural Society, which only gives its "premium" rating to the highest quality products.
By the way, our cocoa shortbread is part of our biscuit range, but of course it tastes great at any time of the year, for tea or coffee after a barbecue, as well as in autumn after a walk through the colourful park. Enjoy!
