By registering with BidStreet you acknowledge having read, understood and agree to all of the terms, conditions, rules and regulations stated below and anywhere else within this website without reserve or modification. You certify all of the information you have provided to BidStreet on your registration is genuine, truthful and accurate and you undertake to update and maintain the accuracy of these registration details. As you choose your username, bear in mind if we feel your username is unsuitable in any way, your registration will be cancelled and you will be required to register again under a different username.

Your bid is a contract between you and the listing creator. Once you have placed your bid, this is considered a legally binding contract you have entered with BidStreet.ca. to purchase this item and make payment during the given time frame should you have the winning bid. All items must be paid for within seven (7) days of the auction date and picked up within 11 days of the auction date. If payment is not received by 3pm of the seventh day, any and all unpaid items will be automatically relisted and the user may face a non-payment penalty of 10% per item (minimum of $5). Users who do not comply will have their account locked. Reactivation will be at the discretion of management.

"AS-IS" items are sold without warranty and are considered Final Sale. An item's description is nothing more than a general opinion of the item and is not intended as an official appraisal of value or functionality based totally on the visual appearance of the item. BidStreet does not warrant that product descriptions or other contents of our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. All MSRP’s listed on the site are found with minimal research with time frames in mind. This represents the best idea of current value for purchase at time of listing. All bidders are encouraged to do their own due diligence on all purchases. If there is an issue with the product and the issue was not stated in the listing, you have seven (7) days from pick up in which to inform BidStreet of the issue via email; items picked up after 11 days from the auction date are disqualified from the Return Policy. A Return Authorisation form will be sent to you and must be filled out and forwarded to BidStreet. A Team Member will assess the claim and deal with it accordingly. Return of items under $10 will not be accepted in any manner once it has left the premises. There will be no exceptions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use any BidStreet service. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer. You also agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

All content included on this site such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software is the property of BidStreet.ca or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of BidStreet.ca with copyright authorship for this collection by BidStreet.ca and protected by international copyright laws.

All items sold by BidStreet are subject to tax legislation pursuant to tax laws of Ontario. All taxable items picked up at our Mississauga warehouse or shipped will be charged HST.
