This unique creation of our Lebküoper is a delicately melting nut chocolate poem that will delight every gingerbread connoisseur, we are sure!

As soon as the recipe is read through, it becomes clear why these gingerbreads are very special: they are made from a similar dough as Elisen, the queens of all gingerbread. This means the best ingredients, exquisite spices and, above all, a particularly high nut content of at least 28 percent!

The difference to Elisenlebkuchen lies not only in the form, but also in the fact that we do not bake the gingerbread on Oblate. Instead, we immerse them completely in milk chocolate after cooling, and decorate them with fine threads made of dark chocolate.
